Responsibility
As a Systems & Automation Builder, you’ll be the architect behind client delivery systems and internal workflows. You’ll build smart, scalable tech stacks using tools like GoHighLevel, Airtable, Zapier, and Discord to help us serve clients with precision and scale with ease.
Your work will include:
Cloning and customizing GoHighLevel sub-accounts
Creating workflow automations (Zapier/Make) across CRM, Airtable, and Discord
Designing Airtable bases for lead tracking, fulfillment, and retention
Setting up dashboards and internal alerts (Slack/Discord notifications, G-Sheets logs)
Troubleshooting backend issues and optimizing systems
Documenting systems and SOPs for repeatable fulfillment and internal refinement
Competence
You’re a system-thinker who loves to build, automate, and iterate. You understand how business operations flow and are always thinking about how to make things smoother, faster, and more scalable.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience building business workflows or automations
Proficient in GoHighLevel, Airtable, Zapier (or similar tools)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to operational detail
Ability to manage your time and work independently
Bonus: Experience working with agencies, coaching programs, or B2B service businesses
Compensation
This is a contract-based role starting with project-based compensation.
$500–$1,000 per system setup (depending on complexity)
