Responsibility

As a Stellar Specialist, you'll be responsible for turning interested leads into booked strategy sessions through authentic, value-driven conversations following our internal philosophy. You’ll serve as the first touchpoint in the customer journey and play a key role in helping our future clients take their first step toward transformation.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Engaging with warm leads via email, SMS, social DMs, and other channels

  • Qualifying leads using proven frameworks (training provided)

  • Booking strategy sessions on behalf of the founder or closers

  • Following up with no-shows and re-engaging inactive leads

  • Keeping CRM and Airtable updated with notes and activity

  • Reporting weekly on key performance metrics

Requirements

We’re looking for a clear communicator, quick thinker, and motivated doer. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be excited about contributing to a company in its early stages.

You should have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A personable, curious, and professional presence online

  • Comfort using tools like Airtable, Slack, Google Suite, and GoHighLevel (or willing to learn)

  • Ability to work independently and track performance

  • 1+ year experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales (preferred but not required)

Compensation

This is a contract-based and commission-first role to start, with the potential for a long-term position.

  • $25 per qualified booked call that shows up

  • $50 bonus per deal that closes from your lead

  • Promotion path to full-time contract + performance-based bonuses
