Responsible
As a Client Success Partner, you’ll be the human connection behind our systems. You’ll work directly with clients to onboard them, ensure they’re hitting milestones, and support them with clarity, accountability, and value throughout the lifecycle.
This isn’t a customer service role — it’s a strategic, people-centered position that sits at the heart of our delivery engine.
Key responsibilities include:
Onboard new clients and walk them through our process
Proactively track client progress and flag potential roadblocks
Host check-in calls and async updates to keep clients engaged
Serve as the client’s main point of contact for updates and next steps
Collect feedback to improve our systems and delivery flow
Document wins, struggles, and retention notes in Airtable or GHL
Competence
You’re a relationship-builder with a systems mind. You love guiding people, keeping them accountable, and helping them extract the most value from what they’ve invested in.
Requirements:
1–3 years experience in account management, coaching, or client success
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable using tools like Airtable, Google Drive, and CRM platforms
Emotionally intelligent and proactive — you anticipate client needs before they say them
Bonus: Familiarity with service-based businesses, online programs, or operations
Compensation
This is a contract role with monthly retainer + potential bonuses based on performance.
Starting retainer: $1,000/month (for up to 10 clients)
Additional performance bonus for retention milestones and upsells
Opportunity to grow into Head of Client Experience or Delivery Ops
